Muscle Ache
Muscle Cramp is a very serious pain. The Muscle pain is very difficult to control and make the person relax instantly. To control the Muscle pain it nearly takes 1 or 2 minutes. Muscles pain is mainly caused in thighs, calves or feet. When we are relaxing or in a deep sleep and we suddenly move our leg in fast motion we get cramps in our muscles and we get terrible pain. Muscle cramp is very common and it is frequent with the age. It is generally caused because of thirst and over physical exertion. Cramps may also occur because of deficiency of minerals like Sodium, Magnesium, Potassium, and Calcium. Cramps also occur after sitting for long time at one place. Elder people face this problem often because of their age. There is no accurate cause of this pain.
There are different types of Muscle Cramp caused for various reasons. Some are listed below:
- If a person has been operated or got a surgery done, he/she may experience Muscle cramps. The main reason can be that the patient is suggested to take complete bed rest and because of which person’s physical activity is less causing to Muscle pain.
- Over exercising can also be the main cause of Muscle pain.
- Muscle cramp can also be caused when someone wears tight clothes as it hacks the flow of Blood circulation in the body.
- Women during their menstrual days tend to get severe leg pains especially in thigh section.
- When the legs or the body is exposed to the air cooler for a longer time it leads to Muscle pain.
- Pregnant Women get severe Muscle cramps while they sleep.
- One more reason for the Muscle pain is that many people do not wear Shoes while exercising.
Muscle pain can get in control if some of the remedial are followed daily. Some of the simple tips are enlisted below to get relief from Muscle pain:
- One should have Garlic in meal it helps to cure the Muscle pain as well as Swelling problem.
- One can apply Clove oil to the place where Muscle pain is often caused.
- Have a mixture of Ginger juice and honey in 1 tsp. in morning it will be very helpful to reduce the pain.
- One can massage the muscle pain area with mustard oil having garlic crushed in it.
- Regular proper exercise will help to keep a proper flow of Blood circulation.
- Drink at least 2 litre of water every day.
- Avoid eating oily products instead eat the diet containing lots of Calcium, Potassium and other minerals like bananas, orange juice, potatoes, corn and fresh leafy vegetables.
- Take cold water bath after exercise this will make the muscle temperature normal and then have gentle massage with lukewarm water.
- One should have Salt water fishes in meal for example: tuna.
- If anyone is having terrible pain one should consult to the Physician.
As mentioned earlier there is no exact reason for the Muscle pain, but one can get the Muscle pain in control. Daily exercise and some useful tips will surely get this pain in control. One can cure the pain by natural process. Many of them consume pain killers to reduce the pain but frequent intake of pain killer will lead to a heavy side effect. The sudden jerk of the muscle pain leads to excessive pain forcing the person to scream at the top of his voice in pain. One should take care while performing heavy activities. All cures are not only dependent on the mentioned remedies but also on our self responsibility and sense.
